Express and regional services, HSL buses

Lost goods found on our express coaches are delivered as soon as possible to Suomen Löytötavarapiste located at Kamppi shopping centre, Narinkka 3, 00100 Helsinki, tel. 0600 04401 (1,99 €/min+lnc on weekdays, higher rates on weekends). You can find information on the lost and found office's service hours on their webpage. The office charges a fee for the lost and found items.

Travel cards

Matkahuolto travel cards found onboard our buses are delivered to Matkahuolto.

All found HSL Travel Cards are delivered to HSL. You can contact HSL’s Customer Service after 4pm on the day (Mon-Fri) following the loss, tel. 09 4766 4000 (Mon-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm), or contact a Travel Card service point.

Please note! Starting from April 1st lost and found goods from HSL buses have been delivered to Suomen Löytötavarapiste. Please see the details above. If you have lost something onboard an HSL bus before March 30th it has been taken to Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu, according to the previous protocol. Finland’s Found Property Service (Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu) located at Mäkelänkatu 56, 00510 Helsinki. You can contact the office by phone at 0600 41006. Finnair City Bus

Goods found onboard Finnair City Bus are taken to Airpro, located at the service level of Terminal 2 at Helsinki Airport. Airpro can be found by taking the escalator down from arrival hall 2A. For enquiries by phone call airpro at tel. 0600 03360.
