To help us serve you better we recommend looking up your order number and/or reference number before calling our service. The order number beginning with letters PL can be found on both your ticket and the email the ticket is attached to. If you do not have an order number we can find your order also by the reference number (beginning with 3 and containing 14 digits) that can be found in your online bank or bank statement. Unfortunately we cannot find your order using your email address.
Emergency on-call phone
The emergency on-call phone helps outside customer service hours during evenings and night time with irregularities in our operational services at +358 40 866 3120.
Please note that the emergency on-call service can only help with operational enquiries, eg. if a service has been canceled or the bus you're waiting for is more than 20 minutes late.
